Meet Mario
FAST (First Aid & Safety Training) was formed with the aim to make the learning process enjoyable, interesting and easy to digest.
We are based in Hull and offer accredited and certified training across Hull, the surrounding areas and further afield to workplaces, sports teams, youth & community groups or anyone that is keen to learn.
I agree with what you may be thinking...these subjects can be quite boring! I have personally sat through many courses and couldn't wait for the next tea break!
I believe this all hinges on the delivery. What is offered is far from just another course to ‘tick the box’.
As a serving frontline emergency worker with over 16 years of knowledge & experience, I will draw upon the skills that I have gained and used on many occasions, sometimes in the most extreme circumstances.
How am I different?
I will use first hand experiences and real-life examples to compliment the topics in order to deliver your course in an enthusiastic, interactive and engaging environment. This will give you, the first on scene, the confidence to act and help the people that need it the most during a medical emergency, be it at work, on the sports ground or at home in the dining room.

- Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (1 Day)

- Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (Half day)
- Level 2 Award in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation (Half day)
- Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (1 Day)

Family First Aid
We also offer short unaccredited family emergency and baby first aid, perfect for new parents and grandparents, carers and older siblings giving you the confidence to act in a medical emergency. These can be delivered in the home to suit your needs.
